How to make cheese hot dog sticks:
Add 250g hot dog premix
Add 115g of water and an egg
Stir until evenly battered
Skewer cheese and hot dogs with bamboo sticks
Batter Coated Cheese Dogs
Evenly coated with bread crumbs
Preheat the fryer at 165C for 20 minutes
