CoForm Transparent Matrix Forms help you form direct composite restorations around incisal edges and fractures. Celluloid plastic conforms to natural dentition to produce a more anatomical restoration. After curing, the nonstick CoForm removes easily. Ready to use for anterior mesial and distal corners. Kit includes two each of four mesial and four distal sizes to fit #6 (FDI 13), #7 (FDI 12), #8 (FDI 11), #9 (FDI 21), #10 (FDI 22), and #11 (FDI 23), #22/23 (FDI 32/31), and #24/25 (FDI 41/42), 128 total, in a dispenser tray.
