Description

Orthodontic Stone is a hard, accurate dental stone in a bright white color for optimal aesthetics. Ample working time allows pouring of multiple models from one mix. Features the same smooth mixing and easy flowing properties of all Whip Mix Model Stones and is made especially for orthodontic applications.

Physical properties:
Mixing ratio: 28ml water/100g powder.
Working time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Setting time: 10 minutes.
Setting expansion: 0.09%.
Compressive strength, wet (1 hour): 4,500 psi (31 MPa).
Compressive strength, dry (48 hours): 8,500 psi (59 MPa).
